When we moved into Henstridge in 2009, family and friends asked us about the village and surrounding area.   We therefore decided to set up this web-site to help others who are interested in the area.  We hope you find it of interest.

Henstridge Parish Council has an informative site which aims to encourage involvement and local democracy.  Our aim is to complement their site by providing a personal space for anyone with a connection to Henstridge.

We also aim to provide a local guide to this small village on the Somerset / Dorset border, with photograph galleries, details of local attractions and a brief history both for the local community and others with connections or interests in the village.
